| www.welshart.net My name is Ralph Sanders and I started Welshart.net in South Wales in 2002. Oriel Ffin y Parc Gallery opened just outside Llanrwst in North Wales in May 2010. Oriel Ffin y Parc Country House & Gallery Ffin y Parc is an ongoing project. We have been working on it since November 2007, and there is now, perhaps, a glimmer of light at the end of what has been a long, and sometimes very cold tunnel! As well as the gallery, which has been hosting regular exhibitions since May 2010, we already have two holiday cottages finished, and there will eventually be a third. In addition, we will be opening a seven room B&B upstairs in the main house Easter 2012. We have a fantastic coffee shop with wonderful home made cakes and it's all set in 14 acres of parkland which we are attempting to tame, aided by thousands of little rabbit-helpers! So, the ideal place to enjoy the sun, or shelter from the occasional rain. And buy a picture of course! The Gallery We have Exhibitions by leading Welsh contemporary artists including Malcolm Edwards, Dewi Tudur, David Grosvenor, Mike Jones, Lisa Carter, Boris Tietze, Sue Williams, Matthew Wood, Danny Markey, David Lloyd Griffith, David Woodford, John Morris, Elfyn Jones, Robert Pitwell and William Selwyn to name a few. We also deal in the work of many of Wales' leading 20th Century artists including Sir Kyffin Williams, Peter Prendergast, John Horwill, John Piper, Ceri Richards, John Elwyn, Will Roberts and Josef Herman. |
